We're looking for reliable, hands-on Production Associates to join a tile manufacturing team in London. If you've got production or manufacturing experience and you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity with strong earning potential through shift and line premiums.
The Role
As a Production Associate, you'll work on the tile production floor handling materials, operating production equipment, and supporting the moulding and paint lines. This is a physically active role in a manufacturing setting — you'll be on your feet, moving product, and keeping the line running smoothly.
Shift & Schedule
Rotating shift — every two weeks you'll switch between:
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay & Premiums
Base rate: $20.00/hr
+ $0.50/hr afternoon shift premium
+ $0.50/hr moulding line premium
+ $1.00/hr paint line premium
Premiums stack — you earn them on top of your base rate when you're on those lines or shifts.
What You'll Need
Previous production, manufacturing, or general labour experience
Your own transportation — the site is not transit-accessible
Comfortable wearing a respirator for the duration of your shift (required for the production environment)
Able to work a rotating shift schedule reliably
Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving material throughout the shift
