Here's the Deal:

+* Consistent paychecks *– You work, you get paid. Twice a month. No surprises.
+ Four 10-hour days – Monday to Thursday. Three-day weekends, every week.
+* Home for dinner *– Predictable hours. Be there for your family.
+* Everything brought to you *– No hunting for materials. Maximum efficiency. Built for speed.
+ Piecework earning potential – Prove yourself, move to piecework, and earn $35–$45+/hr. Our top builder(s) makes over six figures.
What We're Looking For:
We need experienced residential framers (2-4+ years) who:
+ Have solid framing fundamentals (walls, rafters, roofs – you know your stuff)
+ Are coachable and willing to learn our system (it's designed for speed and efficiency)
+ Love routine and consistency (this is repetitive work – if you need variety every day, this isn't it)
+ Are reliable (show up on time, give notice when you need flexibility)
+ Want to earn what they're worth (the faster and cleaner you build, the more you make)
Skills can be taught. Attitude can't.
If you're humble, hungry, and ready to work – we'll teach you everything else.
What We're NOT Looking For:
X "I've been framing for 20 years, don't tell me how to do it" attitude
X Sloppy work (good enough isn't good enough here)
X Unreliable (last-minute call-ins, chronic lateness)
X Can't handle physical, repetitive work
X Talks more than they work
