Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as moving supplies or tools
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment or materials required for specific tasks
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision when necessary
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project timelines and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
