Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist Full Time. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, data entry, Working with CRM's and customer service. Experience in a Trades/Real Estate Administration is a plus.
Duties:
- Mostly Remote, some in-person meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Sending inspection reports
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and realtors
- Assist with accepting booking requests and booking in clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration is preferred
-Experience using Google Sheets, CRM's
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
