Some of what you will do
As the Customer Order Specialist, you will support both B2B and B2C side of the business across all categories: B2B side, work with Sales, Customer Care and Merchandising on sourcing and quoting through SalesForce Support Request, order follow-up, order delivery and invoicing. B2C side, work with Sales and Merchandising on customer special orders, sourcing, quoting through email and internal system, order follow-up and order delivery. You will be inspired to bring your best every day and make your mark.
Specifically, you will:
Work with Sales, Customer Care and Merchandising to service key accounts with requisition orders, sourcing and quoting through SalesForce Support Request, order follow-up, order delivery, invoicing and billing on the B2B side.
Work with stores, sales and merchandising on customer special orders across all categories, sourcing and quoting through email and internal system, order follow-up and order delivery on the B2C side.
Daily interaction with vendors on purchase orders, order status updates, pricing and delivery dates
Managing SalesForce request orders and providing Proof of Delivery when requested
Work with Merchandising to ensure all vendor information is up to date and accurate
review weekly late purchase orders and update system as required
Assume responsibility for updating SalesForce case with any change to an order
Some of what you need
Two (2) years in Purchasing and/or customer service experience
Bilingual in French and English is an asset
High school diploma
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office & Windows)
Previous experience in Alpha, AS400 and SalesForce.com preferred
