Job Description
Day shift schedule from Monday to Thursday 5:30AM to 5:30PM
Competitive wage: $22.07/hour to $22.62/hour
Your role
As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)

Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces

Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping

Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment

Assist machine operators with daily tasks

Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability. You are:

Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production

Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly

Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts

A strong team player with a solid work ethic

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
