Full job description
SpectacoKids is currently seeking passionate, energetic, and reliable Instructor Therapists to join our growing team in Milton.
At SpectacoKids, we provide ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services to children and families across Milton, Mississauga, and Brampton. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs designed by supervising RBAs/BCBAs
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and developmental needs
- Collect session data and complete session notes
- Support communication, social, behavioural, and daily living goals
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Create engaging and motivating therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Educational background in ABA, psychology, ECE, CYW, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
- Current First Aid & CPR certification preferred
Schedule
- Afternoon/evening availability preferred
- Weekend availability considered an asset
Pay
$23–$30 per hour
Pay based on experience and education
