Reporting to the Manager, Partner Support, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Team Lead of Partner Support. The Team Lead will be accountable for driving individual and team results through performance management and continuous development of each team member’ knowledge base and skill set. The Team Lead will help ensure that the organization’s vision and values are at the core of the Partner Support team’s business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager, Partner Support with day-to-day operations, and distribution of workload to the Partner Support team
- Review individual staff performance through weekly scorecards, identifying training opportunities, and delivering required coaching
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Conduct quality assurance on the team’s administrative tasks and phone calls
- Providing hands-on direction for all activities and projects
- Handle customer and/or partner escalations in a timely manner
- Maximizing productivity by adjusting available staff members to the appropriate shift, task and/or project
- Support with conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a call center environment is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver constructive feedback that inspires engagement and improved performance
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
- Previous training experience would be an asset
- Bilingual in French is an asset but not a requirement
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
Schedule: Operational Hours are Monday - Friday to 9:00AM to 9:00PM, and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00 PM
