E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Calgary, AB | Full-Time
Adrenalin Group, a division of Adrenalin Source for Sports, is looking for experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team!

As a division of Adrenalin Source for Sports, we help serve a large portion of team-based sports in the Southern Alberta and are focused on quality workmanship, quick turn-around times, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations, manage online orders, coordinate products and timelines, update website content, and work closely with our suppliers and internal teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing details, solving problems, and seeing an order through from beginning to end.
What You’ll Own:
Manage Online Orders from Start to Finish
- Manage daily e-commerce transactions and online orders.
- Review and process orders from placement through fulfillment.
- Monitor order progress and quickly address issues or delays.
- Order the products and materials needed to complete customer orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability and timelines.
- Track outstanding orders and follow up until they are completed.
- Maintain accurate information within our e-commerce system.
Keep Our Customers in the Loop
- Answer questions about orders, product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
- Proactively communicate when an order is delayed or something changes.
- Help create a positive customer experience from purchase through delivery.
Keep Our Website in Top Form
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and other information.
- Make sure website content and product details are accurate and current.
- Organize website categories, collections, and product listings.
- Identify website issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing e-commerce projects and website enhancements.
Be a Team Player Behind the Scenes
- Monitor website activity and identify trends, issues, or areas needing attention.
- Assist with inventory and product availability updates.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, sales, and other team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Jump in to help with other e-commerce and administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Experience:
- 1- 2 years previous experience in e-commerce, online order management, customer service, retail, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience with website maintenance, product creation, or inventory systems is an asset
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify is an asset.
