POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-focused 3PL Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and supply chain solutions space.
The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder who enjoys prospecting, creating solutions for customers, and closing business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 3PL, warehousing, transportation, and logistics market.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
· Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, including operations, procurement, supply chain, and executive-level contacts.
· Understand customer needs and recommend customized logistics solutions, including warehousing, distribution, transportation, fulfillment, and value-added services.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing recommendations, service solutions, and contract terms.
· Partner with internal operations, transportation, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, profitable, and aligned with service capabilities.
· Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining company profitability.
· Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, margin expectations, and activity metrics.
· Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, customer notes, and forecasting in the CRM or sales tracking system.
· Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and industry developments.
· Support the onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
· Represent the company professionally and promote a strong, customer-focused brand in the marketplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous sales experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, freight brokerage, distribution, or supply chain services is strongly preferred.
· Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, build relationships, and close new business.
· Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend practical solutions.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
· Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle may be required for customer visits.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This role may include a combination of office-based work, customer visits, prospect meetings, industry networking, and occasional travel to company or client locations.
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
