What This Position Is All About:
The Senior Technical Systems Analyst, Financial Systems, is responsible for the design and development of fully integrated business solutions and/or the integration of legacy systems and other acquired software packages. Working on all sizes of development projects and programs, you will ensure sound technical architecture and principles are followed and will implement all portions of systems through analysis, design, testing, documentation and training. May sometimes function as Project Leader.

You Also Have:
8-10 years� experience in application design and implementation in a retail environment.
5+ years of Java/Java Script development experience.
Understanding of SDLC methodology; Full lifecycle implementation experience.
Experience in writing and understanding Oracle Applications Project documents (OUM).
Techno/Functional experience with Oracle EBS Financial and/or HR applications, R12 and Cloud versions; Experience with SaaS and PaaS environments.
Programming experience and strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL (database stored objects), SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, Unix O/S (AIX, Linux) and Shell Scripting (any bash, csh, ksh), Webservices (REST, SOAP) and usage, Oracle RDBMS 10g and higher. Extensive knowledge of Oracle Application Data Objects, experience creating Oracle Applications objects (packages, procedures, lookups etc).
Experience with any of the following will be an asset: GitHub (versioning repository), JIRA, SQLDeveloper or TOAD, JDeveloper (OAF/ADF Development Framework), BDM
Proficient in MS Office tools including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

As the Sr. Technical Systems Analyst, You Will:
Collaborate with business partners and IT teams in the planning, design and development of new applications, enhancements to existing applications and ensuring a stable operating environment by researching and resolving identified issues.
Design and develop feasible technical solutions to meet simple to complex business needs.
Provide technical guidance to other team members.
Develop and integrate solutions in accordance with HBC�s development methodology and programming standards.
Develop functional designs and technical specifications for interfaces, data conversions, reports and application extensions in the implementation of enterprise business solutions.
Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to management.
Work with the QA and Support teams in the testing and implementation of developed solutions.
Coding small changes / enhancements.
Lead people and small projects as required.
