CDC Bookkeeping is looking for a full time, permanent Office Manager to support our recent & future growth!
At CDC Bookkeeping, the Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the company’s success by leading the administrative team and ensuring the efficient coordination of office operations, resources, technology, and internal processes. Working closely with the leadership team, this position helps create exceptional experiences for both employees and clients while supporting organizational growth through strong leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Location: Saskatoon, SK (502 – 45th St. West, Suite 217)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the administrative team, including establishing priorities, delegating responsibilities, monitoring workloads, and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and service-focused work environment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives for administrative staff, while promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with CDC’s values.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including workflows, records, documentation, office resources, inventory, equipment, facilities, and administrative systems to ensure efficient and consistent organizational support.
- Coordinate operational and workspace needs for both in-office and remote employees, including technology onboarding, equipment deployment, software access, and related resources.
- Act as the primary administrative contact for technology, software, and office service providers, partnering with external vendors on system implementations, upgrades, and improvements.
- Support and enhance the client experience by overseeing administrative processes that impact service delivery and coordinating client appreciation, anniversary tracking, and other relationship-building initiatives.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Managing Partners, including coordinating meetings, projects, reports, training sessions, and other organizational priorities.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems, processes, and procedures to strengthen efficiency, consistency, service delivery, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administration roles, with previous leadership or supervisor experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Canva, and experience using administrative, document management, and collaboration software; familiarity with Financial Cents, DocuSign, bookkeeping, payroll, or similar software is considered an asset.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer skills, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
