About Rankbreeze
Rankbreeze helps short-term rental hosts and property managers win more bookings through better data, smarter listing optimization, and tools that make Airbnb performance easier to understand.
We help operators improve the parts of their listing that drive more visibility, more clicks, and more bookings, including rankings, photos, amenities, pricing, descriptions, and A/B testing.
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and grow Rankbreeze’s marketing function. You’ll be responsible for turning our product insights, customer results, Airbnb data, and industry knowledge into marketing that attracts attention, builds demand, and drives trials and customers.
About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll own marketing at Rankbreeze from strategy through execution.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. We’re not looking for someone who simply manages a marketing plan or delegates execution. We’re looking for someone who can identify an opportunity, develop the strategy, create the campaign or content, launch it, analyze the results, and improve it.
You’ll work closely with the founder, product, customer success, and growth teams to understand our customers and product, identify opportunities, and turn those insights into marketing that drives measurable growth.
You’ll have ownership across:
- Marketing strategy and growth
- Product marketing and positioning
- Content and brand
- Video and social
- Paid acquisition
- Email and campaigns
- Website and conversion optimization
- Demand generation
- Partnerships and distribution
- Marketing analytics
You’ll become a recognizable face of Rankbreeze, regularly creating and appearing in content that educates short-term rental hosts and property managers.
What You'll Work On
- Creating useful content: Develop videos, guides, data studies, lead magnets, emails, social content, and other resources that short-term rental managers genuinely want.
- Explaining the product: Turn Rankbreeze features, customer wins, and Airbnb data into clear, compelling messaging that helps hosts understand how we can help them get more visibility, clicks, and bookings.
- Representing Rankbreeze: Regularly appear in short-form videos, product explainers, educational content, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Growing the brand: Build Rankbreeze's presence across social, email, video, website, communities, and other channels.
- Driving trial sign-ups: Create campaigns and offers that grow qualified traffic, email subscribers, trials, and customers.
- Owning the funnel: Analyze campaign and website performance, identify bottlenecks, improve landing pages and CTAs, and test different approaches.
- Creating content end-to-end: Develop ideas, write hooks and scripts, film videos, publish content, analyze performance, and improve what we create.
- Building leverage: Explore affiliates, influencer partnerships, webinars, communities, and other opportunities that can expand Rankbreeze's reach.
What You'll Own & Manage
- Product Marketing: Turn features, customer wins, and Airbnb data into clear messaging that helps hosts understand how Rankbreeze helps them get more visibility, more clicks, and more bookings.
- Growth Channels & Campaigns: Build and manage campaigns across email, social, paid ads, affiliates, webinars, partnerships, and other channels to grow Rankbreeze's brand and customer base.
- Website Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Improve website copy, landing pages, CTAs, and trial sign-up flows by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and running tests.
- Content & Demand Generation: Create useful, high-converting content such as emails, social posts, videos, blog posts, lead magnets, data studies, and product updates that attract STR hosts and drive trial sign-ups.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, success would look like:
- Rankbreeze is consistently reaching more short-term rental hosts every week
- Trial sign-ups are growing
- Website conversion rates are improving
- Email list growth is accelerating
- Product launches are organized, clear, and more effective
- Rankbreeze has a stronger content engine across email, social, video, and website
- Hosts better understand how Rankbreeze helps them improve their Airbnb listings and win more bookings
What We're Looking For
You are both strategic and hands-on. You can think through systems, but you can also write the email, film the video, improve the landing page, and analyze the results.
You have experience with:
- Product/SaaS marketing
- Content marketing with data
- Email marketing
- Paid acquisition
Experience in short-term rentals, Airbnb, real estate, hospitality, or property management is a strong bonus, but not required.
