Job Summary
At Macro Truck Sales, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Semi Truck and Trailer Tire Workshop Manager to lead our tire shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of tire sales, tire repair and replacement services, customer relations, inventory control, and team management.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality in all services provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the tire shop, ensuring smooth workflows and timely service for all customers.
- Supervise tire installation, balancing, and alignment services for semi-trucks and trailers.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality tires at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of tires, tubes, and other related products
- Ensure proper storage and handling of tire stock and minimize waste or damage to products.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training to team members.
- Review pricing strategies for tire sales, repairs, and services to stay competitive while maintaining profitability.
- Promote tire sales and services through local advertising, social media, and partnerships with trucking companies.
- Build relationships with fleet operators, trucking companies, and long-term clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain neatness/cleanliness of bays through regular inspections.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to Tire workshop quality standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as tire & trailer mechanic with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of tire installation, balancing, and alignment services for semi-trucks and trailers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Highly organized and strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of tire types, sizes, and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
- Punjabi required, English preferred

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
