Location: Mississauga, ON - near King Gardens Retirement Residence
Position: Part-Time / Private Care
Hours: Approximately 2-3 hours per visit to start, with the potential for increased hours

Lion Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable
Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one support to a private client in their home in Mississauga.
The family is looking for someone who is patient, personable, and able to develop a comfortable and trusting relationship with the client. Care will begin gradually with shorter visits, allowing the PSW and client time to build rapport.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- Previous experience providing private, home, senior, or one-on-one care
- Valid driver's licence
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in a private home setting
Preferred:
- Ability to speak Cantonese is a strong asset
- Experience supporting seniors and building rapport with clients who may require a gradual introduction to care
