Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on trucks and coaches, including engine, transmission, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components.
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to maximize vehicle lifespan.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently during repair or installation processes.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs with precision.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy lifting tasks or working with hazardous materials or systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status or technical issues.
Experience
- Valid licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification required; dealership experience is highly preferred, however not necessary.
- Proven experience working with heavy-duty trucks, including diesel engines and commercial vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with excavator, crane, forklift, farm machinery, HVAC systems, industrial equipment, and automotive repair is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with welding, electrical diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
