We are currently seeking reliable, safety-focused Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Markham, Ontario. We have opportunities for drivers operating both 20 ft and 26 ft box trucks. If you are dependable, customer-oriented, and committed to safe driving practices, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate 20 ft and/or 26 ft box trucks for scheduled deliveries and pickups.
- Load, unload, and secure products for safe transportation.
- Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while maintaining delivery schedules.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at delivery locations.
- Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and Ontario traffic regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence for 20 ft box truck positions.
- Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's licence for 26 ft box truck positions.
- Clean driver's abstract (required).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check (required).
- Previous experience operating 20 ft and/or 26 ft box trucks is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work as needed.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
