Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of merchandise
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about products and services
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Demonstrate organizational skills by keeping the sales area tidy and well-stocked
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
