In this key role, you will guide customers through their vehicle delivery experience with professionalism, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to premium service. Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Readiness
- Perform final inspections of vehicles prior to delivery, ensuring both interior and exterior detailing meet Mark Motors Group standards.
- Install license plates on customer vehicles with care, ensuring no damage is caused during the installation process.
- Tag trade‑in vehicles, record mileage, and relocate them to the designated area in the back lot.
Documentation & Appointment Coordination
- Review client files to confirm all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Schedule customers’ first service appointments for their new vehicles.
Client Experience & Product Presentation
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk‑throughs with clients, highlighting key features, technology, and benefits.
- Ensure Audi Connect is fully installed, activated, and programmed for each client before delivery.
- Provide clients with gift certificates during delivery, maintain adequate inventory, and coordinate replenishment with the Parts Department as needed.
Client Support & Communication
- Respond promptly to all incoming emails, voicemails, and walk‑in inquiries related to Audi Connect or general product questions.
Dealership Operations Support
- Provide occasional reception coverage, including breaks and other sales‑related duties.
- Assist Finance Managers and Sales Managers as required to support overall dealership operations.
Qualifications:
OMVIC License or currently in the process of doing it
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Valid G drivers license + clean drivers abstract
Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliveries.
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and vehicle infotainment systems.
Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or delivery coordination.
