Deneigement Mont-Royal is a small snow removal and maintenance company. We work with heavy machinery and deal with commercial contracts. DMR is looking for a new addition to our family, somebody that can take initiative and help raise the bar for our company to a new level of organization and professionalism.
This position doesn't require many hours and is very flexible, perfect for a candidate who either has another job or is a parent.
We're looking for somebody who has:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Experience as a Administrative Assistant
- Experience working in a small business
- Sending and replying to emails
- Creating and sending estimates, invoices, and statements.
- Registering online using the Government of Canada and on the Ontario contractor check websites
- Other administrative tasks such as paperwork, and ordering materials and parts for the business.
