Neurosciences Care Alberta’s (NCA) mandate includes advancing evidence based, data driven best practices to support consistent, high-quality neurosciences care across Alberta. Reporting to the Program Lead, NCA, the Senior Analyst (SA) is responsible for providing consistent, accurate, and actionable data to inform provincial policies, care pathways, and strategies that improve patient and system outcomes. The SA will work independently and collaboratively with the NCA team to support health system sustainability by delivering high-quality data and analysis to inform priority setting, optimize resource utilization, and consider patient outcomes and perspectives across the neurosciences continuum. The SA contributes to defining and measuring desired outcomes for neuroscience patients through the development and ongoing management of NeuroMetrics, establishing a robust provincial evaluation framework to monitor performance against prioritized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Through this work, the SA supports transparent reporting and the adoption of data driven, evidence informed best practices that improve the quality, consistency, and accountability of neurosciences care across Alberta.
