We are seeking highly skilled and versatile Welder / Fabricators with strong experience working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidates will be capable of taking on a wide range of fabrication and welding projects while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
Project Scope
Projects may include skid packages, large sediment tanks, stairs, railings, ducting, gas separators, concrete forms, trailers, and other various custom fabrication projects.
Required Skills and Capabilities
· Fabrication and welding experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
· Proficiency in GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and TIG welding processes.
· Ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
· Strong focus on workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder / Fabricator.
· Demonstrates ability to complete diverse fabrication projects from start to finish.
· Ability to read, understand, and work from complex drawing packages, including detailed fabrication drawings and project specifications.
· Experience with custom fabrication, structural components, tanks, railings, trailers, ducting, and industrial equipment is considered an asset.
· Reliable, safety-minded, and able to meet quality and production expectations.
· Works well within a team environment.
Hours of Operation
Regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of overtime as required.
