Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook & Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and sanitation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
