We’re looking for shiny happy people to work at our fun winery, Frisky Beaver | Smoke&Gamble. A great outlook and positive attitude is a must!
This position can be weekdays, weekends or extended hours during busy periods.

- Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur, with minimal oversight, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- You must be reliable and responsible. Absolutely 100%. You will be working with a team where everyone supports each other in a warm and fun atmosphere.
- Good with computers. Part of the fun involves filling online orders for shipping and pickup.
- Maintain a professional, clean tasting room including compliance with AGCO guidelines for serving and selling alcohol.
- Promote our wines and offer our guests an extraordinary experience of customer service in a warm and fun atmosphere.
- Our winery is sparkling clean, where nothing is out of place. You will be required to help maintain our standards with your co-workers.

- We're also looking for a driver to help with deliveries. For insurance reasons, a mature individual with a perfect driving record is required.
Because this position could evolve to something greater, some of the additional competencies that would be helpful include:
- Good with computers. You know how folders work, and of course are good with all of the usual programs for documents and spreadsheets.
- Manage and grow our mailing list accounts with consistent messaging that follows each brand’s story board.
- Experience with digital marketing including the implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns and working with outside service providers.
