Kalou Canada is a Toronto-based supplier of high-quality custom furniture for hospitality and commercial spaces. We work with a network of local fabricators to bring designs to life — from shop drawings through to final delivery.
Role Overview
We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support both CAD/design work and day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on hybrid role — you will be involved in the full process, from drawings to physical product handling.
This position is ideal for someone with custom furniture or millwork experience who prefers a practical, involved role over a purely desk-based job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and revise shop drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Translate concepts into production-ready drawings for vendors
- Coordinate with fabricators (wood, metal, upholstery, etc.)
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments (skids, pallets)
- Wrap, pack, and prepare furniture for delivery
- Assist with light assembly of furniture when required
- Organize and maintain warehouse space
- Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years experience in custom furniture, millwork, or fabrication
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable CAD software
- Strong understanding of how furniture is built (materials, finishes, construction)
- Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and warehouse tasks
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- MUST HAVE G driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
