About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you help own the success of the store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead with excellence and bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development & Leadership – Train and develop a high-performing team.
- Sales & Profitability – Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations.
- Operational Excellence – Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.
What You Bring:
✔ 1-3 years of retail experience, including previous management experience.
✔ Strong ability to train, develop, and lead employees to success.
✔ A competitive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset.
✔ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
✔ Excellent customer service and sales skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
✔ A proven track record of maintaining operational efficiency in a retail setting.
