Job Summary
Four Points by Sheraton & Element Edmonton West are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agents / Night Auditors to join our team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this position plays a critical role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Successful candidates will be passionate about hospitality, committed to teamwork, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and willing to support the overall success of the hotel. Open availability is required, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Prior hotel experience is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer telephone inquiries and assist guests with reservations and hotel information.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records using hotel management systems.
- Process payments, room charges, and other financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with operational tasks and support other departments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Adapt to operational changes and assist with special projects as assigned.
Night Audit Responsibilities
- Complete all Night Audit procedures and End-of-Day routines.
- Balance daily revenue transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Review reports and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare required financial and operational reports.
- Ensure all audit processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets during overnight hours.

Availability Requirements
Candidates must have open availability and be able to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Days
- Evenings
- Overnights
- Weekends
- Statutory Holidays
Shift assignments are based on operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50-$17.25 per hour
