Job Description
DHJ Cleaning Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Janitor to join our team in Surrey, BC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment at our commercial cleaning locations.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize washrooms
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Clean mirrors, glass, and common areas
- Clean staff rooms and other assigned areas
- Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies
- Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled time
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be comfortable with physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Schedule
- Part-time
- Evening/night shifts
- Surrey, BC
Pay: $18.25 per hour
