The Opportunity
- Represent Nester Finn at the front desk, during overnight hours, working alongside your team to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests, visitors, and partners alike.
- Support guests throughout the Nester Finn experience, helping them make the most of their stay through in-person engagement and intuitive self-service options.
- Communicate with guests in-person and through digital communication systems to anticipate and address their needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
- Deliver exceptional, professional service across all guest interactions, owning issues through to resolution and accommodating guest requests whenever possible.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and functional guest-facing and back-of-house areas, creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.
- Provide flexible, day-to-day support to the back-of-house team as needs arise, including housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance issues; support multiple Nester Finn properties across the local market as required.
- Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvements in the guest experience.
Who We Look For
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, or guest experience roles.
- Personable, service-minded, and positive, with a genuine love for engaging with guests in-person and through digital support channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
- Comfortable with technology, including multiple desktop and mobile applications, and strong written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods and safely lift or carry items up to 40 pounds.
- Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for work purposes is required.
- May require travel between properties during a shift; reliable transportation can include biking, walking, public transit, or other methods that allow reasonable travel time between locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.25 per hour
