We are a warm, supportive, licensed group daycare on the North Shore seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team.
About the Position:
* Working with children aged 30 months to 5 years

Qualifications:
* Valid ECE certification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
* Current First Aid certification
* Successful completion of the required B.C. Criminal Records Review Program check for working with children before employment begins.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English with children, families, and team members, including daily documentation and safety-related communication.
* Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, reliable, creative, and passionate about working with young children
* This is an in-person role at our North Vancouver centre. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the centre for scheduled shifts.
What We Offer:
* Base wage: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus eligible B.C. ECE Wage Enhancement of up to $6 per hour, for a potential total of $26–$28 per hour.
* 4% vacation pay
* Two additional weeks of paid vacation (subject to agreement)
