We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Petro Canada Team.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, can stay organized during busy periods, and is able to manage regular store duties throughout their shift.
Must be older than 18, and comfortable selling age restricted products. Such as Beer and Wine, Tobacco, and Lottery.
Must have access to a working reliable vehicle.
Must be able to provide two prior references as well as the completion of a police background check.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Assist customers with general question and concerns
- Keep the store clean, organized and properly stocked
- Restock shelves, coolers, and other merchandise as needed
- Complete regular cleaning and store duties during each shift
- Follow all store procedures and safety requirements
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Be able to work independently for large periods of time

- Basic math and computer skills
- Previous customer service, retail, or convenience store experience is not required but an asset.
- Must be available for assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing a positive customer service experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, approachable, efficient and able to manage basic responsibilites while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
