Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

Pay: $17.25-$36.48 per hour
