We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and wellness strategies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Uphold all licensing, safety standards, and ethical guidelines related to massage therapy
Experience
- Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare settings
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive patient interactions
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and education with patients
- Prior experience working in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus but not mandatory for new graduates with proper certification
