We are a traditional french bakery producing crusty sourdough bread and croissants from scratch. We make fresh sandwiches, prepared foods, salads, soups and Roman style pizza.
We are looking for a passionate, independent skilled Chef who exhibits strong leadership. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the kitchen, assisting in food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes while ensuring adherence to recipes
-Preparing daily sandwiches, quiches and pizza and making sure all ingredients are prepared for the folloing day
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
- A passion for culinary arts with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
