Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and increase sales across various digital platforms. A deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and website management is essential. Duties
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and client inquiries for Mind Matters Counselling.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, testimonials, and customer engagement activities.
- Create marketing materials, blog content, newsletters, and promotional campaigns aligned with the organization's brand.
- Collaborate with management to identify target audiences and develop strategies to increase awareness of counselling services.
- Maintain and update website content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, SQL, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative graphic designs that align with brand messaging.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for online sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in keyword research and implementing SEO best practices is highly desirable.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
