Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and customer assistance during busy hours
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and POS operations
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles and product demos is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
