About the opportunity:*
We seek a full-time Office Administrator based in West Kelowna, BC.
The Office Administrator position reports to the Administrative Services Manager and is responsible for facilitating and supporting the day-to-day clerical operations across all the company departments.

Key areas of responsibility:*
This position will require a highly organized, multi-tasking individual who wants to join and support a fast-growing company. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greets and screens visitors and acts as the primary person answering incoming phone calls
- Orders office supplies, equipment, and oversees the maintenance of office facilities and equipment (photocopier, postage machine, janitorial, etc.)
- Arranges couriers and shipments
- Receives, sorts, scans and distributes all incoming mail
- Facilitates all travel bookings for GRM employees (hotels, flights, etc.)
- Takes POS credit card payments
- Coordinates internal and external events, bookings, lunches
- Other clerical duties as required
Additional requirements:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and email
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Education:
- Secondary School (minimum requirement)
- Office Administration Certificate preferred
