Job Overview
Bristal Hauling Inc. is looking for a Dispatch & Customer Support to join our Operations team in Niverville, MB. In this role, you’ll help keep daily routes running smoothly, support drivers in the field, and ensure customers receive reliable, on-time service.
You’ll be the link between customers, drivers, and internal teams—helping solve issues quickly, keeping operations organized, and making sure everything runs safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Dispatch & Operations
- Coordinate daily residential and commercial waste collection routes
- Dispatch drivers and resources using the TRUX system
- Monitor route progress and help resolve issues in real time
- Ensure all routes and dispatch records are accurately completed and closed daily
- Enter and manage customer service requests (phone/email)
- Update customer accounts, pricing, and service details as needed
- Work to improve efficiency and reduce service disruptions
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
Operations & Administration
- Support Operations Manager, Field Supervisors, and Mechanics with daily planning
- Complete accurate documentation, reporting, and invoicing support
- Assist with performance tracking and operational reporting
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time
Safety First
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in daily safety meetings
- Help maintain a safe, incident-free work environment
- Ensure compliance with required safety certifications
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (dispatch or logistics software is an asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them if required)

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Niverville, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
