Full Time Employee Needed - Shop Laborer
Stormore Home Solutions is a family owned and operated company established in 1988. For over 30 years, we have been on the cutting edge of the storage solutions industry. We’re currently seeking a self motivated, highly driven individual to join our Surrey based manufacturing facility. Our shop team uses the latest technology in CNC & edgebanding to build and assemble our custom products.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assembly and packing of various products
-Cutting orders to meet certain specifications
-Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs
-Shipping and receiving
-Forklift operation
-Follow quality and safety standards - as per Stormore policies
-Understand company product lines & productions standards
Personal Requirements:
-Reliable transportation, and a valid class 5 driver's license
-Able to clearly communicate, read and write in english
-Forklift experience is an asset
-Knowledge of CNC & Edgebander operation is an asset
-Understanding of computers and technology
-Have the ability to work with hand and power tools
-Attention to detail - quality conscious
-Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn
-Have an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
-Honest & reliable
-Grade 12 Education
**$22 to $26 starting per hour based on experience
