Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant.
I’m a female executive/mom of grown kids, looking for a personal assistant/bookkeeper to assist me at my Port Coquitlam Residence, with looking after several holding companies & a few very small businesses (no A/R collections), personal bills & mail, booking meetings, help managing email, my calendar, tracking renovations, booking cleaners & repairman etc. for house. It would be approximately 70% office work/bookkeeping and 30% household (no cleaning, but organizing the house getting cleaned, etc.) I do have full time housekeeper, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I’m looking for 3-4 days per week, must have car, must have 5 years work experience of bookkeeping to F/S. Good communication skills are a must. This is NOT a remote position but would be flexible on days and hours. Good wage for the right candidate.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks Desktop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
