We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our store sales team. This role involves selling thousands of beauty supplies to professional estheticians. You are a quick learner, love to teach and educate customers and have the aptitude to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service duties taking orders Store/Online/Phone/Email/Chatbox etc
- Purchase of Sales (POS system) in showroom
- Suggest, advise, upsell and cross-sell esthetic/spa products
- Participate in store inventory replenishing
- Track requests for new products
- Identify and maintain continuous in-depth knowledge of thousands of beauty products including new equipment and technology. (i.e. attend/participate in tradeshows and trade/industry associations events as required).
- Implement and maintain frequent communication between sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations groups.
- Provide product expertise and continuous product education to customers.
Other Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with cosmetics, esthetics or beauty supplies
- Outgoing people person with a high level of attention to quality customer service.
- Motivated self-starter and quick study.
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
- 100% Fluency in English
