They are now seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial buildings.
- Install, maintain, and service electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Install and troubleshoot lighting, panels, circuits, switches, receptacles, and control systems.
- Use specialized tools to test electrical systems and ensure functionality.
- Adhere to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain service needs and recommendations.
- Complete detailed service reports, work orders, and documentation.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in optimal condition.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed.

Qualifications
- Journeyperson Electrician certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for travel.
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Ownership of essential tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
