Residential Roofing Technician (Shingle & Metal Roofing)

This role follows a progressional pathway, where new team members learn the fundamentals of roofing while working alongside experienced crew members. Over time, responsibilities grow to include installation techniques, job site organization, and quality control as you develop into a skilled roofing professional.
