Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist – AI Transformation for a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will lead enterprise AI transformation and digital-modernization initiatives, working across business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk functions.

Position Summary:
The Senior Project Management Specialist will lead and coordinate an enterprise AI transformation program. This role will be responsible for developing and managing the AI roadmap, establishing governance and delivery frameworks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving AI adoption and digital modernization initiatives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the enterprise AI transformation roadmap
- Establish AI governance, delivery frameworks and operating models
- Coordinate business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk teams
- Lead AI and digital-modernization initiatives in an Agile environment
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting
- Facilitate executive committees, workshops and solution reviews
- Develop metrics and reporting to support enterprise decision-making
- Support change management, training and enterprise AI adoption
- Drive collaboration across technical and business stakeholders
- Provide executive-level communication and project updates

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading large enterprise projects, programs or transformation initiatives
- 3+ recent years of experience in AI transformation, digital modernization, innovation or emerging technology
- Demonstrated experience with governance frameworks, operating models, metrics and executive reporting
- Knowledge of AI technologies, AI governance and enterprise adoption strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Eligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology-related post-secondary education
- AI, cloud, project management or digital-transformation certifications
- Experience leading enterprise AI adoption or emerging-technology programs
- Experience within financial services, government or other highly regulated environments

Compensation:
Salary Range: $90.00 - $110.00 / hour
