About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who thrives on solving problems, working closely with customers, and diving deep into cloud, container, and GPU optimization. In this role, you’ll partner with our Account Managers and strategic customers to ensure they’re getting the most out of our solutions. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a technical advocate—helping customers integrate, optimize, and scale their environments.
The position requires a strong technical foundation combined with excellent presentation skills. The successful candidate will possess conceptual and analytical skills, planning abilities, sound judgment, innovation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position will be based in Canada (100% remote) and report to the Vice President of Customer Success. It is expected that the position would require occasional North American travel (approximately 10%).
What You’ll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert guiding customers on best practices and successful adoption of capabilities.
- Design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for Kubex usage across customers business units.
- Advise customers on integrating software with third-party tools and processes.
- Foster long term user relationships that grow loyalty to Kubex solutions.
- Advocate for customers with support and product teams, ensuring speedy resolution of issues and influence on roadmap discussions.
- Provide practical, hands-on guidance for optimizing Kubernetes environments on-prem and in the cloud, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as GPU-based workloads.
Showcase how AI-driven tools can solve real-world problems, sharing examples from your experience.

What we’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud deployments, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer engagements from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you enjoy finding quick, effective solutions.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.

Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and GPU-based environments.
- Comfortable using AWS, Azure, and GCP portals, APIs, and CLI tools.
- Day-to-day management of Kubernetes clusters (monitoring, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting).
- Experience with DevOps principles and automation/orchestration tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience with GPU workload optimization for performance and cost efficiency in cloud and container environments.
- Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to customers.
- Demonstrated experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, and ETL.
Working experience with effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, etc. for practical purposes such as creating Automation, Agents, and Workflows.
