Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable Production Team Member. This hands-on role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting and hand lapping rifle barrels
- Clean and maintain workspaces and equipment
- Perform quality checks on parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances
- Log production data and report any discrepancies or issues
- Assist teammates with material handling and daily production flow
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized shop

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, use basic measuring tools, and log information accurately
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Must reside in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley region
Certification & Screening
- Must hold a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence), or be willing to undergo a background check if a PAL is not currently held
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Familiarity with precision parts and inspection processes
- General workshop and mechanical knowledge
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting, standing, and use of hands/tools
- Exposure to workshop noise, oils, and coolants
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, part-time with occasional overtime
