Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store—welcoming guests, helping them find the perfect jersey or gift, maintaining vibrant visual displays, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide knowledgeable information about our sports merchandise, and assist with sizing and selection.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Restock shelves, fold apparel, and help display new inventory (from jersey drops to seasonal collections).
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process cash, debit, and credit transactions while ensuring cash-wrap accuracy.
- Inventory Care: Assist team leadership with receiving shipments, unboxing stock, and keeping the backroom organized.

- Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are our top priorities!
Pay: $17.60 per hour
