LIVunLtd is a national provider of professional consulting and management services in fitness and wellness. We are currently seeking an energetic, service-driven, and passionate Fitness & Membership Service Representative to join our growing team in Downtown Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding fitness community as we launch a brand-new corporate fitness facility alongside our existing downtown location. With two premium fitness centres, new equipment, and a growing membership base, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Welcome prospective members and conduct facility tours.
- Support member onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Complete information calls and tour follow-ups.
- Assist with membership sales and daily front desk operations.
- Coordinate new member orientations with the fitness team.
- Support marketing, member engagement, and community events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
- Build positive relationships with members, tenants, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Fitness, hospitality, retail, or wellness experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- CPR & First Aid Certification needed.

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Schedule
- Monday: 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Wednesday: 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 3:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour
