Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our daytime kitchen team from Monday to Friday. These shifts are from approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep according to established recipes and standards.
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Support food safety practices by handling ingredients properly and maintaining cleanliness.
- Help organize the kitchen station, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for service.
- Follow health regulations and safety procedures to keep the workspace safe for everyone.
- Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure dishes meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy daytime hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the culinary team.
