Compensation for this role is commission-based, with the opportunity for high performers to earn up to $90 per hour.

What You’ll do:
- Provide 1:1, 30-minute chiropractic care sessions within Life Time facilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT)
- Design and guide patients through individualized rehab exercise programs
- Engage with members on the fitness floor to build awareness and grow your patient base
- Present personalized care plans, including financial options, to support patient commitment
- Deliver exceptional patient outcomes using LifeClinic’s proven processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient scheduling and communications
- Collaborate with Life Time team members to deliver an integrated wellness experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
- Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
